No Better Time for a Butt Lift Than Now!

We perform three types of Buttock Augmentation in Los Angeles at Marina Plastic Surgery, each one designed to address specific needs. Depending on your individual goals, we may recommend one of the following when you come in for your butt lift consultation:

  • Fat Transfer: If your buttocks could simply use some volume, the surgeons here at Marina Plastic Surgery may recommend increasing size with fat obtained from other areas of your own body, using liposuction to remove and then transfer the fat. Patients get an added benefit from this two-step technique as the first step removes excess fat from other parts of the body. The second step takes the fat that has been collected and processed and injects it into the buttocks where it will now enhance – rather than detract from – an ideal contour. The fat used for this type of buttock augmentation can be collected from a variety of traditional problem areas, such as the abdomen, flanks and thighs.
  • Surgical Lift: Patients whose buttocks have adequate volume but have a sagging or flattened look may be good candidates for a surgical lift. This procedure can redistribute fat and lift drooping buttocks as well as address surface imperfections and results in a smooth, rounded and evenly toned backside.
  • Fat Transfer/Surgical Lift Combination: For patients who want fuller buttocks but also have imperfections of shape and tone that require correction, our BBL surgery can combine the fat transfer procedure with a surgical butt lift. Performed during one operation, these two techniques can work together to increase volume while doing away with sagging, folds and other contour irregularities. The result is a smoother, curvier backside that will enhance your silhouette as well as the fit of your jeans.

Any one of these methods of buttock enhancement can be performed in conjunction with a thigh lift to bring better proportion to the entire region. A Brazilian Butt Lift will transform not only your physical look but also your inner confidence and social life.
